Just a simple one which touches about corruption issue and its consequences. Spontaneous dialogues.
The final scene is supposed to be different from this one but due to some reasons, I chose to put up an alternate ending. Overall project took less than 40 minutes of shooting with about a month of postponed time.
I'm so into this TV Series Drama, after Heroes. Really enjoyed it.
Former insurance investigator Nate Ford and his band of cohorts act as modern-day Robin Hoods, pulling elaborate scams targeted against the greedy and the corrupt. The team was formed in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles headquarters in Season One. Although disbanded at the end of the season, the team members gathered, then reformed in Boston after persuading Ford to lead them again, and have set up a new base in Ford's loft apartment.
I've just finished editing the video project for the UBD students of Physical Education Course if I'm not mistaken. The project is entitled 'Pahlawan Kecil'. It is a story of some old kid's bed time stories that we used to hear when we were kids which involved animals as its main characters where I was co-directing the project as well as the editor. Took 2 days of shooting and almost a week on the editing side.
It's nice to work with them and I really enjoyed every moment of it, though I was a bit hesitate most of the time, and I'm sorry for that guys (if anyone of you reading this haha). Guess that what I really am I'm not going to post the video on YouTube anyway
Movie Title: Refleksi Month/Year: October 2009 Genre: Horror Type: Short Film Duration: 3 Minutes 38 Seconds Produced by: Insomniatic Indie Production & Nostrils Production
It's actually an unfinished film project in collaboration with Aznniel from Nostrils Production, but we have to stopped the project due to several factors that we had encountered. The project took about 2 hours to shot and 3 days on editing. It is nice working with Aznniel and his acting is GREAT. Maybe we will continue the whole project in the near future. Hope so. At the meantime, here is the final render of the film. Enjoy =)
It's been a while that I haven't updated my blog. Kinda busy with works and brainstorming for the new upcoming short films. Sorry for the late update.
Anyway, we've made another new short film entitled 'TERtumpang'. It's a story of a victim of the situation. Hope you'll like it. Nothing much I can say now. Feels like having a headache right now but anyway enjoy the movie
Well, I'm always been a big fan of asian action movies. Here I'm listing some of my favourite movies of all time and most of them are from Hong Kong. It's not even a complete list yet.
Now a new short film has been released with the given title, 7. Why 7? Because it is the story about a serial killer who murders his victims every 7th day of the month. Lots of effort we put in this new short film which took about 3 days to shoot (not including the editing part). Hope you'll like it. More to come in the future
There will be a new short movie coming up next and just 1 more scene to do. With this one, we planned to make it a continous story, sort of drama with prequels and sequels in the future. But since I'm busy these few months, I'm not guarantee when the next episode will be released. Stay tuned
Here is the final composited footage of the CG background that I made earlier. It's hard for me to rotoscope the subject (the actor shown above) because of my laptop medium specifications since my boss didnt to use CSO (Green Screen) for the scene. Fortunately, it's not so bad when I rendered it out.
It was on last Thursday, my boss gave me an assignment to do an opening montage for the client. I'm not sure what T.A.P stands for, but that's the client and I dont think it's the Tabung Amanah Pekerja anyway =s He gave me the footages to me and told me the deadline was today, but frankly, I just woke up at 4am in the morning and started to do the job. No no, dont get me wrong. It's just that I had things to do the past 2 days and it made me exhausted. Lucky, I managed to complete it within like, 2 hours (rendering in After Effects with a 1.8Ghz laptop is really hurts me). A lot of tweaking going on after that and I had to rendered it again for about 2-3 times. So around 11am, I went to the office to submit the montage and everything was okay. After that, I went home.
Around 12.50pm I think, I received a phone call from my boss asking me to make a CD cover for the client and I did my work just in 30+ minutes (Adobe Photoshop is great!). I submited the CD cover to the office as soon as I finished. But still, I'm sleepy at this moment huhu (-_-')
It's really tiring this month making the montages and a jingle for a drama that will be aired in Ramadhan but I still enjoyed doing my work. I cannot show you the montages here but what I have here is a CG (Computer-Generated) background that I made for a scene in the drama (Hari Raya announcement). About one hour modeling in 3ds Max and then final compositing in After Effects, I came out with this. I know it's simple but glad that my boss can accept this one.
